Our February Tasting was held in Los Amigos restaurant in Javea with a presentation by Acustic Cellar, and hosted by Tim Fawle. Acustic Celler was discovered when the 2022 Wine Trip visited the Montsant DO. The unique wine making of these excellent wines has achieved acclaim throughout Europe, and have gained high points by Guia Peñin, Robert Parker and many other International wine experts. CBWS AGM & January tasting held on 19/01/26 at Les Rotes, Denia and attended by 56 members and guests. As usual for our first tasting of a new year it was a look back at our highest scoring wines of 2025. We did not score the wines this time. It was a very good tasting.
